I have been a counsellor in Winchester, Southampton and the surrounding areas for the past six years. I am committed to providing counselling and psychotherapy in a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment. Though I specialise in the treatment of trauma using Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, I work with a wide range of life's issues.

I work with adults on an open-ended basis or for an agreed time period, with the aim of enabling you to enhance your life and to live it more fully.
