WILL COUNSELLING HELP?
We all have the capacity within ourselves to change things in our life. Together we can explore what is happening in your life and work with the thoughts and emotions that come up. We may also pay attention to your body and its memories of events. You will not be judged or critisised but heard and met with honesty.

HOW MANY SESSIONS WILL I NEED?
There is not one answer to this. You may want to work for a set number of sessions and really focus on an issue or work more open-ended and look at what comes up each session. You decide the pace and what you want to work on.

IT WAS SO LONG AGO - IS IT GOING TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE?
Our past help to shape our present. Though it can be difficult to look at the past, by going slowly and gently, acheiving a greater understanding of why we tick the way we do can really make a difference to how we move on with our lives.

WHAT IF I GET UPSET?
As you look at your life there may be both tears and laughter. Many different emotions may surface and I will be with you through them all.
